Ordering repeat prescriptions during the coronavirus pandemic

You will no longer be able to use the old system to order your medication.  To use this website to order prescriptions you will be required to come into surgery with some ID and we will issue you with a log in and password. Or alternatively you can telephone your chemist and they will request your prescription for you.

Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Your repeat prescription can be ordered by one of the following methods:

  • In person – fill in your request sheet and pop it into the surgery.
  • By post – enclosing a stamped addessed envelope.
  • By fax – to 01159 442578
  • Online – by following this link.

We no longer accept requests over the telephone.

If you find difficulty collecting your medication please let the staff know and they can arrange delivery from your usual pharmacy. If your treatment is delivered please allow a little more time for this to be done.

When ordering your prescription by emails please specify which chemist you use for collection or delivery in the ‘patient number box’.

Changing Pharmacy

If you change the Pharmacy you would like your prescription to go to; firstly you will need to tell us you are changing. Also inform the Pharmacy that your prescriptions will be going there in the future.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If you are on regular medication and haven’t been seen for the past 12 months, please call the surgery to make a medication review appointment with the doctor.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
